A Needs Assessment can be a powerful tool used to
prioritize a company's needs and develop strategies to address them.
The assessment will be performed to identify the current skills,
knowledge, and abilities of support and administrative staff, and the
organizational and personal needs of a businesses day-to-day operations.
Included with the Needs Assessment is a detailed report with
recommendations and solutions.
Identify Causes of Performance Problems and/or Opportunities:
Once
the critical organizational and personal needs have been determined,
the next step is to identify the specific problem areas or challenges in
your law office. It must be determined what a company's performance
requirements are and what appropriate solutions are to be applied.
The Following Will be Analyzed:
Is staff performing their jobs effectively and do they know how to do their jobs?
Is any one wasting time looking for documents and/or files–physical or electronic files?
Have documents actually been lost?
Are deadlines being missed due to disorganization?
We Will:
Identify priorities and importance of specific tasks.
Identify causes of the personnel/staff performance challenges.
Identify possible solutions and growth opportunities.
Generate and communicate recommendations for training? and organization development.
Gather data from staff and attorneys and submit survey results to senior management.
